Why not just be obvious and say the info would be shared within UCUNF? Within the context of the point, it makes the appearance of a one way street and in Northern Ireland you need to be more straight talking. It would only take one person to receive a UUP mailing from the data gathered and claim that he thought the info was only for the Conservatives and... It seems from the outside that there is no-one really thinking this through, taking on board the sensitivities and the considerable difference in the nature of the electorates between England and NI.</p> The simple checklist points that may be relevant are:

They can pass it to anyone in the western world so long as that is done in line with why the information was collected in the first place.
